RETURN POLICY.

Packages that do not arrive:
If the package does not arrive at the estimated delivery time we are always available to help you, we activate our contacts with the shipping companies and customs authorities in different countries and try to solve the problem.
If the shipment did not arrive due to unexpected shipping issues, there are two options:
First: We will send you the package again in premium shipping at no extra cost.
Second: We will send you a refund and ask to return the package to the sender.


Customs problems:
We do not take responsibility for customs problems but we of course try to do everything to help the customer,
We send all the paperwork that customs requests such as an invoice or proof of payment.
If you can not receive the package because customs holds it, we can request that the package be returned to us and sent to you again in a new shipment or that the money be returned to you.


Unsuitable product:
If the product does not fit due to an error in our company's warehouse or an error to some extent we will send you an immediate premium delivery with the product you expected to receive.
If you decide that you are no longer interested in the product, we will send you a refund and absorb the shipping cost of the product you return to us.
If the product is not suitable for a reason that the customer was confused and ordered by mistake or did not read the product instructions until the end, a refund will be sent only after we receive the product back (the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer).
